Our prime objective is to sell items on the Internet in a fair and truthful manner. We do our best to honestly describe the items we sell, since we are your eyes in the auction, and we never deliberately hide any faults in these items. Occasionally we make mistakes, but these are honest mistakes. If you think we have made an error or not described an item accurately, please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the problem. We have never received negative feedback from anyone who contacted us about a problem before leaving feedback.
Most of our items are sold with an unconditional 7, 14, or 30 Day return option. We do this because as a surplus dealer we often do not know the full history of the items we sell. These items are often sold very cheaply and can be a very good deal. Since we don't always know whether they are working or not, there is some risk to the buyer. This return policy limits the buyer’s risk to shipping charges only. We also take some risk. If an item is returned, we lose the time and trouble to list the item as well as the packaging costs and eBay fees, so we try not to sell items with known problems this way. They can be returned for any reason if we are notified within the specified time (7, 14 or 30 days) after delivery.
EBay feedback is optional. We do not leave feedback until we receive feedback from our buyer. That feedback is our reminder to leave feedback for the buyer. If you feel that we do not deserve positive feedback, please allow us the opportunity to correct the situation. Please e-mail us with the reason and we will answer your e-mail, and may still leave you positive feedback. We use eBay's File Exchange program to leave feedback in batches, about once or twice a week. If you leave us positive feedback, it will be returned within the week.
